If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you must stop using our Services.

Full disclosure
Investing in early stage companies and startups is very, very risky. Many companies go out of business and markets change quickly. A loss of an investment is possible and no profits are likely. Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

CS Angel is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We limit how much information we collect, use, communicate and store to what is necessary for our purposes. We are the sole owners of the information collected on csangel.com. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We may email you with relevant information. You can choose to opt out of receiving this by emailing info@csangel.com. You can ask to delete what data we have about you, change or correct any data or express any other concerns you may have. We take precautions to protect your information both online and offline.

Confidentiality
You acknowledge that the information shared with CS Angel about investment opportunities is confidential and you agree to keep it confidential.

Membership 
To access certain features of our Services, you must apply to join. We reserve the right to deny any member at our discretion. This may include a violation of terms or other inappropriate conduct. You represent and warrant to us that all information that you provide in connection with your membership is accurate, truthful, current, and complete. We reserve the right to terminate your access to any of our Services if you at any time provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with your membership. You will maintain the security of any access to our services and you agree to accept all risks of unauthorized access to it. Our Services may include discussion forums, slack channels, blogs, private messages, emails, or other interactive features or areas where you or other users can share content. Content posted on interactive areas of our Services is publicly viewable to others. You are solely responsible for what you share in interactive areas, which you use at your own risk.

Kindness and honesty
You will not share content that is disrespectful towards others, unlawful, libelous, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for your conduct in connection with CS Angel. You will not violate any law, violate any contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right, or commit a tort in connection with CS Angel.  

CS Angel is not responsible or liable for the conduct of, or your interactions with, any other users of CS Angel.

CS Angel disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied by law with respect to any of the terms or subject matter shared. CS Angel does not represent or warrant that our services are error-free.

Limitation of Liability
CS Angel will in no event be liable to you or any third party for indirect, consequential or punitive damages or any damages whatsoever. You will hold harmless CS Angel from any claims, suits, actions. Liabilities, damages or expenses arising or related to your use of our services. You agree to arbitrate any controversy related to these Terms by notifying CS Angel of any dispute within 30 days of when it arises and attempting to resolve before demand by arbitration. Any arbitration will occur in Delaware, USA. The expenses of the arbitration will be shared equally by the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Opt out
If you choose to reject this agreement to arbitrate you must opt out by emailing info@csangel.com within thirty days after the date you accept these Terms for the first time. You may only resolve disputes with CS Angel on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.
