HOW WE INVEST
We invest in tech related to Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, Product Adoption, Customer Sentiment, Advocacy, Education, Experience, and Professional Services. In a nutshell, if a technology improves customer retention and expansion, we're interested!
We focus on early-stage companies i.e. pre-seed, seed, Series A, and B.
Each quarter, we share investment opportunities via virtual Demo Days. Each member votes on companies they'd like to invest in and the most popular opportunities proceed to due diligence where we assess the Founding team, Product, Competition, and Legal Aspects in more detail. We discuss deals in Slack and make it easy for angels to invest via a syndicate in Carta. They charge us $8k admin fees which we deduct from the total investment check. We charge no management fees and handle all the paperwork so our members only have to provide signatures against the amount they wish to invest.
We're not an exclusive bunch, but the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is. As such, you must be an accredited investor to invest with us (have income over $200,000 individually or $300,000 with a spouse).
